Audience: obsessive millennials who never got over their young adult romantic issues, like me. Olivine is pretty melodromatic and indulgent, without being escapist schlock. It's also rated Explicit, despite the sex scenes making up ~15 pages out of several thousand.
I think, like many authors, there's shit you don't want to put up with from critics of your work, but there's also shit and criticisms you agree with and wish you could do better, and things you think are okay but not for everyone. I think Olivine Romance has a lot of the last, especially all the sexual angst.
