Now though, since that only really made sense with Psychic moves anyway, I think a counterpart ability to Water Bubble that only doubles Psychic moves would be nice and balanced.
I assume it would have some additional effect or two like Water Bubble does. It could make Dark moves neutral to it, make its own Psychic moves hit Dark types, or make Meowstic's moves never miss. Whatever makes sense.
