>>57205029Basically picrel. Hosting a front-end in a country was a way to bypass region blocks. Invidious was such a front-end instance for Youtube used to block trackers and any other analystics of Google or them collecting Metadata. One of the hosted instances was in Japan which is how I was able to watch the raw episodes of the Likonime. But Youtube decided to push against Invidious by blocking outside front-end (Atleast the ones posted publicly). It wasn't possible to see region-blocked content anymore through Invidious and a while later did the host for the japanese instance pulled the plug.
