Gym leader is on the hunt for the legendary birds, gym would involve a steady climb up a spiral staircase inside a giant aviary where you can get into fights with random wild bird pokemon.
Ideally it would be a sky battle for added difficulty. I realize that some can't fight in that mode on the teal so challenging the player to a sky battle or regular one that they could pick could be interesting.
