Oh! That's neat. Lucien would love a place like that. Though as is he exists in a setting where Pokemon can have any type, its rare, but he's met many alternative type mons, either with a trainer or in the wild. In his world, a "Rare" Pokemon isn't just in terms of species, or color, but type, movesets, and abilities. So if he really wanted a different typed Castform he could find one or even hatch one from an egg.
