Even in Tamers, where digimon started as human-made AI, the digital world is its own thing. You can destroy every computer on Earth and all it would accomplish is prevent any more digimon from crossing over.
Also, by Death Battle rules, Charizard can't be assisted by another character unless Greymon gets the same opportunity, so now it's Charizard and Magnemite vs. Greymon and Garurumon.
