In terms of Ground types only Torterra could pass as an actual dinosaur since it looks like something related to an Ankylosaurus. Something looking/being prehistoric doesn't mean it's a dinosaur, Pterosaurs aren't dinosaurs, Plessiosaurs aren't dinosaurs and neither are Mosasaurs and quite a few other groups of prehistoric giant reptiles. And in fact it goes even further than that, Therapsids, which lived before the dinosaurs by a significant amount of time were more closely related to mammals than the Archosaurian lineage, which gave way to crocs, birds (direct descendants of Dromeosaurs aka dinosaurs like Velociraptor) and dinosaurs.
There are very few Pokemon (unless you count bird Pokemon I guess) that are just straight up dinosaurs like Tyrantrum or that take direct inspiration from them like with Sceptile and Baxcalibur, which take inspirations from Dromeosaurs in Sceptile's case and then Concavenator and several species of of dinosaurs related to Spinosaurus in Baxcalibur's case. Very few Dragon Pokemon are actually dinosaurs as well besides the few I brought up, the Paradox legendary beasts, Dracozolt and Dracovish by technicality. Dragapult is a Diplocaulus, a Lepospondyl, aka an ancient clade of amphibians.
