So Poliwag is a tadpole, right? So you'd expect it to evolve into a frog. But when it evolves, it just becomes a larger tadpole, but this one doesn't have tail, and it has arms now. So surely the NEXT evolution will be a frog? No, it just becomes a buffer and angrier tadpole. It's essentially like if a human still had the body of a child, but was buff as hell. The existence of Politoed kinda ruins the joke, though.
