just based on static scenarios w/o items and investments, pure base stat totals
it sucks because hydreigon is one of my favs and he'd be able to one shot quite a few of these dragons if he had more speed
Goodra just can't take out anything he'll be outspeed and all of the other psuedos can just target his weak defense stat and one shot
