The thing about fanart is that you don't need to be on model 100% of the time to make an accurate drawing. Gardevoir doesn't have tits in canon nor is Cynthia a pedophile, and G/S/C/HG/SS Red didn't have black hair, but that doesn't stop some people from drawing it like so, and it also doesn't make the fanart bad.
If you have an issue with buff Alolan Red but not any of the other examples, chances are you're just
triggered that people are getting off to fanart that you can't.
