>>43735522team restrictions for party building is neat and all but HM's either need to be better moves (like Surf and Waterfall, they are good HM moves) or they need to not be permanent. in fact you should be arguing for the Blue/Red Rescue team approach where they are obtained as rare finds, and are a commodity to access certain areas while making them good moves so you dont just waste them on any pokemon to add to the team building experience.
