Protean - grants you STAB on everything but also makes you the same type as the move you used, so an opponent is never really sure which coverage move to use (works fabulous on a fast pokemon)
Gale Wings = +1 priority on all flying type attacks meaning after one SD, the only thing stopping a talonflame is his own recoil or rock types (steels are demolished by sanic speed Flare Blitz)
Parental Bond = every move hits twice with the second attack being half strength which means he has basically STAB (dual STAB Normal moves) on everything and breaks through subs
If your gen six team is without at least one of these, you are doing it wrong.
