Okay so, I really like this dragon/psychic design. It's probably my fav out of the Australian pokedex. However, I must ask, where does that purple ball thing on his tail go?
That seemed to be a large focus of his design and one of the more characterizing and striking features of the pokemon in his 1st and second evo. It was kind of like lickitung's tongue or the fact that voltorb is a pokeball. I mean, the first evolution is literally hugging the purple ball like his life depends on it- as if it's a source of psychic energy for the 'mon. And then in the final evo the purple ball is gone, unless that tiny dot on his forehead represents what the pokemon was once defending with his life in its first evo.
