My Drowsy Power last night was 128,166,432 (1,335,067 x 96), and I successfully encountered Raikou's 2 star sleep style
My current strength is 1,591,920. If I manage to get 100 sleep score for a 150x multiplier, I'll hit 238.7m which isn't enough to encounter 3 star Raikou.
Sunday night however with some added strength, it should be doable.
Since the Raikou spawn is outside of the usual share of DP across the 8 spawns, I think it may not be limited by that share? This would mean going to sleep with a total strength of about 1.63m might suffice.
