Apparently, it matters not that I have Sparkling Electric Power lvl 3 and Encounter lvl 3 if I don't specifically use spicy and salty herba mystica, meaning I encounter any and all types of Pokemon regardless of what I cook. Does Area Zero has its own set of rules?
