>>22721429Looking really good. I think the left version (wings moving) is best, however it'd be easier to tell which truly looks best for the overworld if they were animated with the right movement. For regular walking Pokémon overworlds for the side and back angles the first frame is the first sprite, the second frame is that sprite moved down 1 pixel, the third frame is the second sprite moved back to the first sprite's original position, and the fourth frame is the second sprite moved down 1 pixel. For the front view it's the same except the sprites are moved up 1 pixel instead of down on the 2nd and 4th frames. I show it in the image here but it's also explained in the guide on the wiki page too and has some examples of sprites moving.
Also I'd suggest changing the dull pinkish color you used for the red parts of its design to something like the color here, which was taken from Swellow's overworld. I think it better matches the color of the red in the art.
