The first 2 are clearly real, but the next 3?
Pikablu is not Marill. (Marill was pink at the time it was created.) It was either the first of the "fake third evolutions", or it uniquely preceded them all. It may have come from a mistranslation. A few Gameshark lists said the Japanese name is "KetoBlu", the CamelCase being suspicious (and probably indicative of a mistranslation), and they started with KetoBlu at 174 and not 152 as you'd expect. 22 Pokémon were missing?
Tyranticus and Primator: probably in the same line, but also possible fakes.
The rest of the Pokémon on the list (and 100% the last one in CamelCase, a fake evolution probably added to the list) are probably fakes. I also fail to see how "Wizwar" would be translated into English without making some kind of romanization error.
