It's also painfully obvious where you are recycling existing sprites Try making a couple more for the designs you are happy with. They should only be used as reference. There should also be cohesion across the pokemon designs. Some pokemon seem to be influenced by early gens and some from late gens. I would skew towards later from your design and add more accent colours to the plainer looking designs (Snake head, Starters, notes).
Also, one of your pokmon is literally digitamon
