So my local area has a REALLY good scanner made by a dev in the area.
without going on a long winded tangent about what it can and can't do,I use it to hunt for rare spawning Pokémon, and raids.
But... I made the mistake of giving my brother access to the scanner...

Hex is completely unusable, it now randomly ends early before actually doing any damage, leaving Gengar as easy prey.

It’s not much, but it actually works. Just hard to build a team around Gengar
