>>22711359The ear spikes are simply small extensions of her head, they aren't feathers or some other odd thing. Going by the in-game/Pokken models, they're just small-ish spikes with a slightly rounded edge.
In my headcanon, her ear canals are behind the spikes, so she does use them to hear.
