>Cinnabar IslandNot that much to do here but the atmosphere of a secluded island in the middle of the ocean with a crazy gym leader, laboratory, and the abandoned Cinnabar Mansion with Mew and Mewtwo lore, then on top of that its the location of the Missingno. glitch.
>Sootopolis CityThere's really not a lot to do here when you think about it but it's a city built inside a crater, can only be accessed by Dive, and the battle between the Hoenn legendaries takes place here.
