>>46862154your post doesn't make sense. The reason you are switching your mons is because you want everyone to become better. In the older games you NEED to switch so you can still use them. The new Exp Share ruins that because now you don't have to do that, you don't need to prepare, rotate or do anything anymore, because it will happen automatically. Pokemon is getting closer to those mobile RPGs that have an auto-button to do the playing for you, and this is not progression.
