Steven starts with Skarmory, I start Flannery and set up Substitute, it bizarrely Aerial Aces. Don't know why when it had Toxic, maybe it could see I'm holding a Pecha Berry but I don't know. Then I set up 3 Iron Defenses and 3 Amnesias, and proceed to wipe Skarmory and Metagross. His Claydol actually does live long enough to get off a crit Earthquake to break my sub, so just to not let Flannery die at the possibility of another I send in Juan to clean up his Claydol, Aggron, Cradily and Armaldo. Honestly, I never got why people say Steven is harder than Wallace, other than the Metagross he has several very weak mons and you can setup on most of them.
