You have to go into that mirror cave, deep in the cave there is hidden entry to a small room. You can see the entry only in the mirror on the wall, once you're in this room run all the way down.
Now you should be out of that room again but on the other side. Turn left and theres you alkazmnite right in this very nice circle. It has to be 20:00-22:00 ingame and you have to have met Platan at the sunclock.
