>>35214544Because the pokemon world is a world where you can find harmony with those around you. Sounds cheesy but hear me out, with your team you have a close knit group of friends that will always help and support each other. They also give you safety; you can go anywhere as long as pokemon are with you, and that's a literal universe rule. And being with pokemon isn't hard at all. Also wherever you go people seem friendly or at least respectful, that counts for a lot.
The economy seems really good from a trainer's perspective, too. But that might be because we only see it from the winning guy's point of view, it might be a little rougher if it were real. Still, again, with pokemon alongside you anything is possible. Nature is lush and everywhere, so even if you had to rough it a little, you could find food, shelter and company no matter where you were.
Pokemon world is a world where friendship and the bonds you make with those around you really and truly make way for a good life, whereas that doesn't always happen in real life. Sometimes here being a good friend isn't enough, love usually isn't, and even having your heart in the right place can just plain bite you, but it seems like that's much less a rule in the pokemon world. The world seems like it's in your hands.
