>>51741317I mean, the mountain which most of these are first encountered (save for perhaps the Swinub line) is late into the story, & being Ice Types it wouldn't exactly be appropriate to placethem so far outside of their habitat, a frozen, icy tundra or mountain. There's still a lengthy pre-endgame mission full of different dungeons previously inaccessible to the player so I'd say there's still enough time to add an Ice Type to your party & still have it be a contributing member of the team.
