Honestly bullying is bad but it’s always going to be thing, people naturally don’t like what is different from what they understand and are used to seeing, it’s like the modern day form of social ostracism. Our ancestors would have down something similar way back when.
That being said a little bullying is natural to give and receive, we all do it to an extent. No one is above criticism whether it’s well founded or not. What bullying can teach others is empathy and how not to treat people (if they actually reflect on their actions instead of ignoring them) and it teaches us all how to develop a thicker skin for the world and to stand up for ourselves and others. The world has almost 8 billion people in it and we will meet thousands in our lifetime, not everyone is going to like us, some will love you and some will hate you. You need to learn how to cope with the stress others give you, how to process anger and frustration, how to properly treat others, how to ease off others and the difference between knowing when criticism is criticism and when it gone too far and how to stand up for yourself.
