In fact, your lack of Shaymin is the cause of all your other problems. That should be maxed first and foremost, and you also get to run a high Hoopa count for even more consistency. If you're not using Despair Ray to clear your bench, why are you even running M Garde?
Elixer doesn't make sense in a Mega deck with no basic attackers (Mega Turbo is virtually the same card, but consistent), and the deck doesn't have room for Energy Switch. Fairy Garden is a weird choice when both Sky Field and D Valley actually synergize very well with Gardevoir.
What do you plan on using Ranger on? Why do you feel the need for a high N count AND a tertiary draw Supporter on top of maxed out Sycamore?
