I was able to beat the final battle with Guzma as well as the battle with Lusamine.
For the battle with Guzma. First Toucannon used the Z move Supersonic Skydrive to eliminate Golisopod in one hit getting rid of the main trouble, then Toucannon took out Pinsir with Drill Peck but nearly died to Stone Edge, Salazzle took out Vikavolt with Flamethrower but nearly died to Thunderbolt and Crabominable was gonna take out Masquerain with Ice Punch but Masquerain made Crabominable flinch with Air Slash and nearly killed him so Palossand had to came in to use Hypnosis, put Masquerain to sleep so that Toucannon could finish the job with Drill Peck.
Then the battle with Lusamine. First Toucannon took out Clefable with Beak Blast and Drill Peck, Crabominable took put Lopunny with Close Combat, Ribombee took out Bewear with Dazzling Gleam and Draining Kiss, Tsareena used the Z move Bloom Doom to take out Milotic and finally Salazzle took out Lilligant with Toxic and Venoshock.
