At least all of these should have Mega Evolutions. The more variety, the better. They're all either legendaries or three stages who aren't already too good (except possibly Greninja, but I feel like all starters should have mega evolutions for equality's sake). Most two staged Pokemon or below I'd rather have get regular evolutions later
