lots of good pokemon have a special attack of 53 or less anon, its that they arent built to be special attackers
i feel like this whole Tinkaton vs Corviknight fight wouldnt really be happening if Tinkatons design and dex entry didnt imply to much to be a really strong attacker when its used more as an support pokemon of sorts
but hey, it got Smack Down in this DLC so the pokedex entry is accurate now
