Just finished watching SM. It was really, really great. I went to it expecting shit but it was extremely entertaining. I expected the kids to annoy me but I liked all of them. Team Rocket was funny for the first time in a long, long time. SM and JN has proven that the anime doesn't need the gym -> league fromat and that Ash doesn't need to take front and center all of the time. He works much better as a strong supporting character, and I hope that's where they are taking him.
