Well, she did a low-budget Korra cosplay a couple years back and it was still pretty good because of the natural physical similarities, so I guess anyone with long brown hair and olive-ish skin would work well. Could definitely pull off a darker Hilda but I think Erika would be the best fit.
I actually dont think I've ever seen her wear a hairband so this could be uncharted territory.
