He doesn't really appreciate nor like the concept of Mega-Evolution, it kinda bothers him...a lot. He's the kind of guy that just wants to stay himself. To be honest, I don't blame him, but when I'm trying to study to become a successor, I just can't have him acting like that!"
Yet as much as she pleads, the other Lucario seems dead-set on its decision to not evolve, and under no circumstances will he change his mind.
