UU is absolutely stacked with busted Pokemon as it is, let alone OU. Aerodactyl wouldn't make a splash in a tier with Blacephalon, Kartana, Dragapult, Zeraora, Barraskewda, Toxapex, Clefable, Regieleki, Blaziken, and Melmetal.
Hell, Barraskewda is a great comparison. It hits harder and is far, far faster and it's still fine in OU, often considered a B-rank Pokemon.
