My question is whether or not there is some orthodox ban on confuse ray in some accepted style like smogon or vgc, because of it's efficiency. For me i love that varied styles can be played in pokemon. Agreed calculating less risk is more competitive. And as a karenfag that really want's to win, i want to now whether or not my level of calculated risk is capable of winning, whether or not my style is currently accepted, and how to improve my style, within my accepted limits, to win.
