Mainline games should be 2.5D like octopath traveler without the depth of field or should be 2d sprites like BW2
Battle sims and spin offs (including new snap) seem to be way better with 3d pokemon
dont forget that 3d pokemon is why triple and rotation battles were removed
We will never get a good battle sim featuring all the gimmicks/ pokemon/ and game modes :/
