You are a Headhunter for the Rockets, and it's your job to follow these kids around, and somehow convince them to join you. Remember, antagonizing them is bad news as they're EXTREMELY LIKELY to kick your ass. Putting others in danger is also likely to backfire, as they generally don't take that sort of thing very well.
However, they are still just kids, susceptible to manipulation, more impressionable than not, and likely to have their guard down.
You're given a sizable budget, which covers travel (to other regions, for other talents maybe), food, and budget for the occasional dog and pony show you may want to host. There's also always the option of buying rare Pokemon, TM's, or battle items to tempt would-be-applicants with.
