Aside from doubling the eye size of nearly every character of both sexes (go compare, it is pretty consistent), May, Courtney, and Shelly were the only ones distinctly altered by ORAS. Personally I think Mars will come out in tact, so that just leaves Dawn and Jupiter. Considering I'm not a Dawn fan and Jupiter is Jupiter, that might be interesting.
