The only thing Minior could really do is Power Gem since Cloyster has abysmal special defense and could be OHKO'd by it, but Cloyster suicide leads negate that with Focus Sash, which they should use, because again, shit special defense.
TL;DR: Minior is a damn good Shell Smash sweeper, but Cloyster still reigns supreme.
