>>53351524I just don't think there's enough blur on the photograph for him to be moving that fast, in fact, I don't actually think there's much motion blur in the photo at all, that was the other anon's argument to try to explain the difference in design.
To me, the photo is just low quality. Look at the surrounding environment, it's not moving but is still "fuzzy" like an old photograph would be, Tusk has this same level of "fuzz" over him, no more and no less.
But you're right, the horns aren't the only design issue with Tusk, and we haven't even gotten to Iron Treads.
>>53351542Okay anonymous, here's what I think, I think you committed too hard to the motion blur bit and are just digging your heels in to try to save face. I have edited Tusk's horns 6 ways to sunday and nothing is even remotely close to the long, thin, droopy looking horns in the photograph. No matter what I do to them, they still look notably fat, notably wide, and notably triangular. Clearly there is some secret blur setting that generates a blur strong enough to turn one shape into a totally different shape, but still keeps the rest of the photo readable just like the photo ingame, but I must be a fucking novice in spite of my art background because I cannot find it.
If you're the local godking of blur filters, then I implore you to bust open photoshop, which you must be an expert in, and blur a photo of Great Tusk so the horns match the photograph but also make it so it's no blurrier than the ingame photo. I'll even give you the based photo I used so it's fair.
If you can't do this, or refuse to do this, then I'm going to go with my original assessment that blur isn't the reason the horns are different and that the designs don't match even though they should for an undisclosed reason. Have fun!
