>>46540102I don't so much /like/ it as I think it has some aspects that I enjoy eg. proper 3D environments that actually use it as a tool for better exploration instead of mapping 2D game design to models, it's why I'm excited for Legends
in all honesty my graph isn't too accurate scaling-wise, OR/AS and the DLC should be a bit below Gen I, if anything I should've put Gen I-III all close to equal, more upwards with the same dips and raises but on a smaller scale as I think they're vastly more impressive than anything from the DS era onwards (especially I/II) in terms of what they did at the time even if I enjoy R/B/Y less than HG/SS as a game to play nowadays
>>46539933fair enough, I just don't enjoy Unova too much as a cohesive region and it started the trend of nu-Game Freak's overly linear handholdy design so even if I think stuff like the postgame is on par or better than the other enhanced versions of the games and love the music it just doesn't flow as good as Emerald
