Let's make Poison neutral on Grass! Yeah, because Poison is so stellar offensively already.
Let's make Ice resist Grass! Except Grass really doesn't need to barely tickle ANOTHER type, already hitting a whopping 7 types for NVE damage.
Fortunately, Grass and Poison have great support roles - Grass being immune to spore/powder/Leech Seed, and Poison being immune to poisoning AND a 100% accurate Toxic, and usually these two types are paired up together. Grass also gets Aromatherapy and all those aforementioned spore/powder moves and Leech Seed. Ice is just really screwed up, though. Really nothing going for it.
The only changes I can see working out well would be:
>Make Water NVE on Ice, but keep Ice being NVE on Water. (Freeze-Dry exists as a work-around, anyway)
>Remove Ice's weakness to either Rock or Steel, depending on how much you hate sneaky stones, I guess
>Make Grass resist Fairy
