Raichu's tail changes form to become more like a black electric cable with a new distinct entire lighting bolt shape at the tip. This gives the impression that Raichu can whip the shit out if it's tail as if it was a whip and tear into opponents with the bolt. Raichu's hind-legs are noticably larger and more developed than Pikachu's, so even with Raichu's obviously large and pudgier size, it'll still be able to quick as shit and can probably kick the shit out of Pokemon with them along with being able to jump higher so it could dodge moves better than Pikachu ever could. Raichu now has crazy shaped ears with basically supersonic hearing, just look at those shits compared to Pikachu's ears. Lastly, Raichu takes on a darker orange color that, with the stripes on it's back, makes it resemble a tiger.
