I have a problem with my hearing that is too many sounds are going on at once it's hard for me to make stuff out, like voices through everything, so I always try to turn down music and such to help me hear.Now they locked being able to do that behind an item so it is a pretty big turn off. I was already pretty turned off with everything else at this point.
