from what I understand, a pokemons nature determines one stat with a higher cap than usual, and one stat with a lower cap than usual
EVs are extra stats you get when you kill enough of a pokemon that gives you certain EV points
but IVs, I just don't get it
where in game can you tell what IV your pokemon has, and how do you know when it's the best?
