My statement is not unfair, if anything your statement is unfair. You're implying a lot of pseudo-science that has no basis in reality to be entirely correct beyond the shadow of a doubt.
Let me spell it out for you : You are wrong on the science.
Your view on the issue is based on falsehood and you will see it eventually if you're open minded enough to go against the grain. There is no way I can break apart the multitude of bullshit you believe about gender, brain scans and hormones in posts on an imageboard, it is too much stuff, you pull at one knot and you have to undo 5 more.
It's not your fault, I understand you're believing what you think is right because you want to be a good person, but you're part of a problem that is causing unnecessary and inhumane suffering to tens of thousands.
You say you haven't had contact with trans people in ages, I urge you to try and get into some communities and see the absolute state of depression, dejection, suicidal ideation and darkness that these people live in. It's not because of the outside world, they could be on a desert island and they'd still be miserable, believe me I know.
