Pretty much this. I like the not fully evolved forms better than the final forms for some of them so I go with that. I tell myself stories about them and their adventures to help me go to sleep at night.

Meditite and Tentacruel are the only females in the group. She is friendly and does not complain much. She has no desire to ever evolve and uses Force Palm and Jump Kick a lot. Rather laid back and easygoing.
>Cubone
Like Meditite, has no desire to evolve. Never wins any time he is sent out in a battle but is helpful anyway. Knows how to resist Water attacks.
>Dusknoir
Was already a Dusknoir when caught. Has no chill, angry or excited all of the time. Is willing and enthusiastic about attacking human characters a well as enemy pokemon. Loves his Night shad and Shadow Punch attacks, made his own move called Shadow Strike that is like Shadow Punch but more powerful.
>Pawniard
Dusknoir's best friend, gets emotional but is more level headed than Dusknoir. Like Cubone, he never wins but is useful anyway.
>Flareon
Was already Flareon when I got it. Warm and snuggly, likes it when I brush his fur. Bad at battling but wins sometimes anyway. Likes to use Bite and Flamethrower.
>Tentacruel
An evil psycho-bitch, evolved from Tentacool shortly after capture, she, like Dusknoir, has no chill and is more than willing to attack humans. Doesn't always listen to my commands and will rampage out of control if left unchecked.
