>>38733724 is absolutely right, Hoenn's oceans are not lacking for locations to find- consider the water routes that came before and it is frankly one of the few cases Ruby and Sapphire were out-and-out "next gen" by comparison. But they sorrrrrely lack for Pokemon variety and diving being very worthwhile. I get the worldly reasoning for making Evolution Stones so sought after, but they are too mundane and necessary to be an end in of themselves.
