I know a lot of pokemon in gen 5 have stupidly late evolutions but Tynamo stands out even among that, cause at least pokemon like axew and mienfoo can at least do some stuff on their own, but Tynamole is almost Weedle levels of bad, and you have to wait 12+ levels to evolve him if you get it in Chargestone Cave, and THIRTY-NINE LEVELS to evolve him if through breeding.
